Alan Welch, founder and president of Alan Welch & Associates, Inc., is an experienced leadership and team development consultant. Through his entrepreneurial skills and personal initiatives, Alan created and developed the nationally recognized leadership and team building training course at Limestone College, Gaffney, South Carolina in 1988.

As an executive coach, Alan's background is uniquely suited to his leadership. He was a former teacher and coach, both on the high school and collegiate level, for 16 years and has been working with executives in Fortune Five Hundred type companies for 19 years since leaving the college coaching profession.

Over the past four years Alan has integrated his high energy and impactful experiential training with the Integro Leadership Institute's unique Leadership Development Process created by Keith Ayers. Keith's new and exciting process called "Building a Responsibility and Trust-Based Culture is spreading rapidly throughout the country, as well as internationally. The integration of these two nationally recognized processes enhances the ability of leadership within companies to understand and apply the critical leadership skills necessary to build trust among their associates. This new integrated process will enable companies to improve profitability and performance through a more engaged and passionate workforce at a much more rapid pace.

Alan's wit, energy, and charismatic personality, along with his expertise as a consultant, coach and trainer, enables participants to learn and have fun at the same time. In all, Alan and his staff have worked with over 15,000 top-level executives, middle managers, and their associates, nationally and internationally, including several Fortune 500 companies and a Malcolm Baldrige Award recipient, Milliken & Company.

Alan has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina and a master's degree in education. Alan is a senior associate with Integro Leadership Institute and also a certified trainer and distributor for Inscape Publishing.

Jeff Pepper – Jeff Pepper was a former teacher and coach for twelve years in Columbia, South Carolina. Recognized and awarded on several occasions for his outstanding teaching abilities and achievements in the Columbia area, Jeff now uses these unique talents, a fun-loving, dynamic personality and seventeen years of training experience to enhance the learning in Team Adventure Process training sessions.

Jeff not only is an outstanding trainer, but also specializes in team process development. His experience, expertise in leadership and team development, and unique talents in the training field have been a major contributing factor in the Team Adventure Process being recognized as one of the most outstanding experiential team building processes in the country.

Jeff has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina and is also a certified trainer of the DiSC Behavioral Style Profile from Inscape Publishing.

Bob DiAntonio – is an organizational development consultant and trainer. With over 23 years of experience in engineering and management of engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, organizational development, and human resource development, he has consulted with numerous organizations including Monsanto, MEMC Electronic Materials, Huls Corporation, and BASF Corporation. This broad background and experience make his training and consulting solutions creative, credible and practical.

Bob works with organization leaders to improve organizational effectiveness through the development or clarification of the organization's vision, values, and strategies and the implementation of the systems needed to make these real and effective. This includes performance management systems, leadership and management assessment systems, succession planning and development systems, career ladders for technical professionals, training and pay systems, as well as guidance in work and organizational redesign and effective change management.

Bob guides organizations through team implementations ranging from basic quality improvement and problem solving teams all the way to High Performance Teams. He begins with assisting the definition and communication of the case for change and organization's team vision and then conducting organizational readiness assessments. He also assists organizations with defining, planning and implementing the management and team member training and development necessary for an effective leadership transition as well as assisting with the design of the organization's structures and systems needed to support new teams or improve ongoing team efforts.

Bob has been associated with Alan Welch & Associates since the early 1990's with MEMC Electronics Materials. Since entering the consulting and training field, Bob has worked with several large customers providing excellent training and consulting support.

Bob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Masters of Human Resource Development from Clemson University.

Randy Fleniken – A partner in Alan Welch & Associates, has both owned and operated a very successful insurance business and a five-store retail jewelry company in Columbia, South Carolina. Randy's 24 years of training and management experience in the service and retail industries have enabled him to be just as successful in the training and consulting field.

Randy was able to use his extensive training and experience in the business world in leading diverse groups of people to attain high performance levels through the use of dynamic leadership and team building principles. Randy's coaching-for-success style of leadership both excites and motivates those he works with as he coaches and guides leadership towards understanding the importance of valuing and involving their team members in the growth and success of the company.

Randy brings a wealth of experience as well as expertise in the areas of leadership development, coaching skills development, sales training, communication, employee involvement, and management systems analysis. Randy, a graduate of the University of South Carolina in business finance and management, uses his insight and winsome personality, along with his passion to see companies grow through the development of their people, to give an added dimension to Alan Welch & Associates,Inc. He has worked with some impressive clients including Milliken & Company and Perrigo of South Carolina and Tennessee.
