We accomplish these objectives by teaching leadership and teamwork principles and skills and/or sales principles and techniques through classroom and experiential learning methods.

Then, through consultation, planning, and coaching, we will aid in the practical application of these principles and skills in the work/service environment.

We believe strongly in experiential learning and have successfully adapted nineteen years of leadership, team and sales training to this learning style. This unique "hands-on" training approach has now been integrated into the Integro Leadership Institute's Leadership Development Process with much success. Participants will not soon forget some of these metaphorical experiences that will have direct application and impact for them, as well as for the organization, upon returning to work.
